I have a mixed feeling about my stay at this hotel. While the room was spacious and generally clean, there was a persistent odor in the bathroom area that made it uncomfortable at times. The service was polite and accommodating, but I did experience some disappointment regarding my mother's experience with her supposed suite booking, which was downgraded upon arrival. The dining options were decent but didn't stand out as exceptional. Overall, it was a fair experience, but I expected more given the hotel's reputation.
